Do I really have to do the launch-day video? +
No. The video just earns you $450 off the build ($750 instead of $1,200). It's a quick 60 seconds on camera on the day you go live. Skip it and nothing else changes — same site, same care, same guarantees.
Can I leave? Am I stuck in a contract? +
There's a 6-month minimum on the care plan, then it's month-to-month — cancel anytime. And because you own the domain, the files, and the site, you take everything with you. No platform hostage situation.
I already have a website. What happens to it? +
